Recovering a Failed Project by Sourcing the Right Material
From a failed project to a successful delivery by finding the right stone material.
Project Overview
This project had previously failed because the required material could not be found.
Challenge
The client needed a specific stone that was unavailable in the local market, making it impossible to continue the project.
Our Approach
We took the sample and searched across multiple stone markets.
After several attempts, we identified a possible match in Jiangsu and traveled there in person to confirm the material on site.
Result
With the correct material secured, the project was able to continue and was successfully completed.
