Large-Scale Waterjet Granite Inlay (1000m²) – Fast-Track Project Delivery
1000m² waterjet marble inlay completed within 21 days through multi-factory coordination and optimized production scheduling.
Project Overview
This project involved approximately 1000m² of waterjet marble inlay, requiring precise cutting, layout, and installation preparation within a tight schedule.
Challenge
The project had a strict deadline of 21 days.
Part of the design required customized quartz materials, which normally take around 15 days for production.
In addition, all pieces needed to be dry-laid before delivery, requiring a large working space and careful coordination.
Our Approach
Schedule Optimization
We coordinated with the quartz supplier and reduced the production lead time from 15 days to 12 days.
Multi-Factory Coordination
Three different factories were organized to work simultaneously on cutting and processing, ensuring parallel progress.
Dry Lay Process
All pieces were dry-laid and checked before delivery to ensure correct layout and fitting.
Result
The project was successfully completed within the 21-day deadline, with all components accurately produced and properly matched.
