Quality Control and Export Packing for Custom Stone Objects
How inspection and packing are planned around the approved design, from material and dimensions to export-ready protection.
Quality inspection follows the agreed product specification, and packing is developed with the object itself so that protection and presentation work together.
Checks Against the Approved Design
Material and appearance are checked against the approved material range, pattern orientation and any relevant filling or repairs. Critical dimensions, openings, lid fit and interfaces with other components are inspected, and surface, edges, cavities and fragile details are reviewed against the approval reference.
Functional Checks
Stability, water retention or other checks are defined according to the product and its intended use. They are agreed as part of the specification rather than assumed.
Packaging and Presentation
Cushioning, separation and support are developed for the actual shape, weight and vulnerable sections of the piece. For retail and gift orders, fitted inserts, boxes, lining and branding can be discussed as part of the order scope. Inner and outer packing, shipment identification and handling information are agreed for the delivery route.
Approval and Shipment
Packaging materials, dimensions and construction are confirmed with the sample or packing proposal, with any transport testing specified separately. Before shipment we complete the agreed inspection record and review packing against the product handling requirements.
